Admin Assistant

Location: West Midtown- Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-time | Monday - Friday 
Compensation: $20 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. This role is essential to keeping internal systems organized, communications managed, and administrative processes running smoothly and compliantly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer-proficient, and comfortable executing tasks within established systems and approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

  • Monitor and respond to company email inboxes

  • Log all calls, emails, and internal communications accurately

  • Order and manage office supplies

  • Ensure the office remains organized, operational, and in good standing

Talent & HR Support

  • Create and maintain a structured resume database organized by industry and company

  • Schedule interviews for leadership

  • Send job applications to candidates as directed

  • Send, track, and organize new hire onboarding paperwork

  • Run background checks on candidates after approval

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

  • Set up and manage digital filing systems (Dropbox and Google Drive)

 

Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare and send contracts as directed

  • Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Maintain organized digital and physical documentation

  • Ensure all compliance and required paperwork is completed and properly stored

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including email platforms, document management, and cloud-based systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Comfortable following structured systems, processes, and approval workflows
